I am not watching them transform into someone new. I am watching them recognize themselves, often for the first time in years, and that recognition is something I will never stop being amazed by. I don't just see it happen. I feel it. And it reminds me every day why this work matters.
My mission is simple: help you release the expectations you never agreed to carry, honor your story exactly as it happened, and photograph the essence that has been yours since long before this session. I'm the photographer behind the lens, and I'm also here to remind you, plainly and without apology, of exactly who you are.
A boudoir session with me is not about becoming someone new. It is about reclaiming what got buried under everyone else's expectations of you. I have been behind the camera for over a decade, with a past life modeling in front of it, so I understand both sides of that lens intimately. I know what it feels like to be seen, and I know how to see someone else the same way.
I'm the owner of Unapologetically Her Studios, where judgment stays at the door and life gets to exist exactly as messy and real as it actually is. This work comes from somewhere true for me. I have walked through my own layers of healing, and I know what it costs to come back to yourself after life has asked you to be smaller. My creative side thrives in the chaos of an ADHD brain that never stops reaching for the next project. My garden is where I find peace. My daughter is where I find joy I did not know was possible. My family is my heart and my home, and everything I build, every brand, every session, every image, exists to protect more time for them.
You will usually find me barefoot outside, starting something new before I have finished the last thing, or just standing still long enough to watch my daughter bloom into who she is becoming.
Boudoir became my specialty because the truth is simple. Every woman deserves this experience. Not once she loses the weight, not once the scars fade, not once she fits someone else's version of ready. Right now, exactly as she is.
